To deliver on the mandate, the college works in partnership with various other institutions, including but not limited to the University of Rwanda (UR), the African Leadership University (ALU), the Arma Dei Carabinieri of Italy, and Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB), Rwanda Correctional Service (RCS), National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS), Romeo Dallaire Institute and International Committee or Red Cross (ICRC) to deliver tailor-made programs that equip law enforcers with knowledge and skills enabling them to overcome contemporary and law enforcement challenges.
