On behalf of the College Management, Faculty staff, and students, I welcome you to the National Police College website.
Guided by its mandate, vision, mission, and core values, the National Police College-Rwanda is a regional centre of excellence in strategic command and staff courses and a police higher learning institution.
Since its inception, the college has contributed to strategic policing training, education, and development by imparting selected officers with high-quality training, enabling them to respond to the needs of contemporary policing challenges.
Many African Countries and national law enforcement agencies have been training with us over the last ten years. We hope the college meets stakeholders’ expectations and will always strive to keep the standards. The college looks forward to your feedback for continued improvement.
This website provides another forum for constructive feedback on the college’s service improvement. I encourage our Alumni to take the lead in ensuring that their alma mater keeps shining by translating the acquired knowledge and skills into solutions and by providing feedback on our training programmes.
The college is open to new training partnerships to thwart crimes and provide a safe and peaceful environment for the people we serve.
